Thanks to the trust that you have given me, in the last five years I have served in the Italian Senate
with the aim of improving the conditions of Italy and to obtain new resources for Italians in the world. The enhancement of Consular services, funding for promotion of Italian language and culture, simplification of pension administration system, the promotion of a collaboration protocol between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Patronati, additional resources for Italian Chambers of Commerce in the world, Italian press agencies abroad, Comites and CGIE, are only a few of the results that I have been able to achieve together with my colleagues elected abroad. Much remains to be done, and this is the reason for having accepted the endorsement to stand for a seat in the Senate of the Italian Republic with the Democratic Party. In 2013, Italy was on the verge of collapsing. The governments lead by the Democratic Party have avoided the worst and reversed the trend. Today Italy is a Country That Grows and playing an increasingly important role in Europe and in the world.A vote for PD is a vote for the continuing growth of Italy.
I am asking you to once again support me. I look forward to continue the work I started and face the new challenges that we will certainly find in the new Parliament.
